By using this website, scheduling a session, purchasing a service, submitting an intake form, or otherwise engaging with Healing Life Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Healing Life Center

Healing Life Center provides holistic wellness, personal-development, energy-based, spiritual, and coaching services intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, personal growth, and overall well-being.

Services may include:

2. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

Healing Life Center services are provided for wellness, relaxation, educational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes only.

Healing Life Center does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe treatment for any disease, medical condition, mental-health condition, or other health disorder.
​
Our services are not a replacement for care from a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, or other qualified healthcare professional.
​
You should not discontinue prescribed medication, treatment, therapy, or medical care based on information received through Healing Life Center without first consulting the appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Every individual responds differently to wellness, energy, spiritual, and personal-development practices.

Healing Life Center does not make or imply any guarantee regarding specific physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, personal, or other results.

Testimonials, experiences, or statements shared by clients are individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another person will experience the same results.
​
Participation in any service is voluntary, and clients remain responsible for their own decisions, health care, and personal well-being.

4. Reiki and Energy-Based Services
​
Reiki and other energy-based practices are complementary wellness services intended to encourage relaxation, balance, mindfulness, and personal well-being.
​
Healing Life Center recognizes that each individual ultimately participates in their own healing and personal-growth process. The practitioner facilitates the session but does not guarantee any specific outcome.
​
Distance Reiki sessions may be performed remotely and do not require the client and practitioner to be physically present in the same location.
​
5. QHHT Past Life Regression
​
QHHT sessions are offered in person only and may involve hypnosis, guided relaxation, visualization, discussion, personal reflection, and exploration of memories or experiences perceived during the session.
​
Information or experiences arising during a QHHT session should be understood as part of the client's personal, subjective experience. Healing Life Center does not represent that information obtained during hypnosis or regression is independently verified historical or factual information.
​
QHHT is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care.
​
Clients remain conscious participants in the process and may request that a session be stopped at any time.
​
6. Life Coaching
​
Life Coaching is intended to support personal development, goal setting, accountability, self-reflection, and positive life changes.
​
Life Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional service.
​
The client remains responsible for all personal decisions and actions taken before, during, and after coaching sessions.
​
7. Biomagnetic Therapy
​
Biomagnetic Therapy offered through Healing Life Center is a complementary wellness practice.
​
It is not intended to diagnose, medically treat, or cure illness or disease and should not replace examination, diagnosis, or treatment by licensed healthcare professionals.
​
Clients with medical concerns should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.
​
8. Chakra Balancing, Tuning Forks, and Sound/Frequency Services
​
Chakra balancing, tuning forks, frequency work, sound-based practices, and similar offerings are provided as complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, energetic balance, and personal well-being.
​
Statements concerning chakras, energy, vibration, frequencies, or similar concepts are made within the context of holistic and spiritual wellness practices and should not be interpreted as medical claims.
​
9. Custom Frequency Creation
​
Custom Frequency Creation is a personalized wellness service based upon information provided by the client through an intake form or other communication.
​
Custom frequencies are intended for personal wellness, meditation, relaxation, or spiritual/personal-development purposes.
​
They are not medical devices, prescriptions, or treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or health condition.
​
The client is responsible for providing accurate information during the intake process.
​
Completed custom frequency products or digital materials may be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the client.
​
Because customized services are created specifically for an individual, completed custom products may be non-refundable once creation has begun or delivery has occurred.
​
10. Appointments and Booking
​
Appointments are subject to availability.
​
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling and for arriving or connecting at the scheduled time.
​
Healing Life Center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when circumstances make it necessary. If Healing Life Center cancels a prepaid session and an acceptable replacement appointment cannot be arranged, the payment for that session will be refunded.
​
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling
​
We understand that circumstances change.
​
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
​
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee or a cancellation charge.
​
Exceptions may be made at Healing Life Center's discretion for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.
​
12. Late Arrivals
​
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session so that appointments scheduled afterward are not disrupted.
​
The full session fee may still apply.
​
If a client arrives so late that the session can no longer reasonably be provided, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation or missed appointment.
​
13. Payments and Prices
​
Prices are displayed on the website or communicated to the client before booking.
​
Healing Life Center reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, service descriptions, and availability at any time.
​
Changes will not affect services that have already been fully purchased unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
​
Payments may be processed through Wix or other third-party payment processors. Healing Life Center is not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of third-party payment providers.
​
14. Refunds
​
Refund eligibility depends upon the type of service purchased and whether the service has already been provided or preparation has begun.
​
Completed sessions are generally non-refundable.
​
Customized services or digital materials may become non-refundable once creation or preparation has begun.
​
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Healing Life Center so the matter can be reviewed.

15. Client Responsibility and Informed Participation
​
By participating in a service, you acknowledge that:

•Participation is voluntary.

•You may ask questions before or during a session.

•You may stop a session at any time.
​
•You are responsible for informing the practitioner of relevant concerns that could affect your participation.
​
•You remain responsible for your medical care, mental-health care, personal decisions, and actions.
​
•You understand that results cannot be guaranteed.

16. Minors
​
Unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in writing, Healing Life Center services are intended for adults age 18 or older.

Services involving minors require the prior knowledge and appropriate consent of a parent or legal guardian and may be declined when Healing Life Center determines that the service is not appropriate.
​
17. Respectful Conduct
​
Healing Life Center is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
​
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service because of threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, dangerous, or otherwise unacceptable conduct.

When a session is terminated because of serious client misconduct, a refund may not be provided.

Healing Life Center strives to provide accurate and helpful information, but website content is provided for general informational purposes.
​
Information may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies.
​
Healing Life Center may update, change, remove, or add website content without prior notice.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on HealingLifeCenter777.com, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, original writings, designs, downloadable materials, and other original content, belongs to Healing Life Center or is being used with appropriate permission.
