Appointments & Individual Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment whenever possible.

Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Life Coaching Packages & Reiki Packages

Package purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased.

Sessions included in a package may be scheduled according to availability and do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Packages are intended for the original purchaser and are not transferable unless approved by Healing Life Center.

Custom Frequency Creation

Because Custom Frequency Creations are personalized specifically for each client, purchases are non-refundable once creation of the custom frequency has begun.

If Healing Life Center is unable to provide a purchased service, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for the service that could not be provided.
